Venezuela

As U.S. threats against Venezuela continue with the U.S. selection and then recognition of non-elected Juan Guaido as the interim president, there have been threats by Guaido supporters, again backed by the Trump/Pence Regime, to take over the Venezuelan Embassy in Washington DC.

Anti-war activists have been staying inside the Embassy as well as outside to prevent this aggression against Venezuela. Food can no longer be brought into the Embassy.  When our friend, Gerry Condon of Veterans for Peace, tried to toss some cucumbers for those staying there into an Embassy window, he was violently arrested.

You can watch the video here.

If you are or can be in the DC area, please show your support by going by the Embassy at 1099 30th Street NW, Washington DC.
